Len Anderson is a seasoned Indigenous entrepreneur with 20+ years’ experience in operational and strategic management in the technology sector. He was the original founder of dTel Network Solutions a Telecommunications company focused on equipment resale.

Len is Founder, CEO and Chairman of Renaissance Network Reinvent, a global technology services company. As CEO, Len works closely with the Executive Team, and provides strong leadership to the company in all aspects of our business. He is responsible for ensuring that all parts of the organization are working together towards corporate objectives for the health and success of the business.

Craig is a seasoned executive and experienced Chief Financial Officer who has provided financial leadership to several technology companies in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Governance.

Prior to joining Renaissance in 2017, Craig held CFO roles with Kuatro Technologies Inc. (Acquired by Jabil (2016)), CloudLink Technologies Inc. (Acquired by EMC (2015)), AFORE Solutions Inc. (Acquired by Kuatro (2014)), and AmberCore Software Inc.

Craig is a Chartered Accountant, Ottawa Business Journal 40 under 40 recipient, and holds a B. Commerce (Honours) degree.

Doug is a proven leader with 35 years of telecom development and service experience.

Since joining Renaissance, Doug has held positions as Production and Engineering manager, Operations Leader and has most recently been promoted to General Manager of Terra Nova Defense.

As General Manager and member of the Renaissance executive team, Doug provides the overall leadership for all Defense related functions and ensures the services offered exceed customer expectations. In his new role, Doug is transforming the 2016 acquisition of Terra Nova into a stand alone provider of Engineering, Cable and Chassis Manufacturing, and Repair/Overhaul of key components critical to our Defense customers’ operations.

Kim is an experienced professional who has been with Renaissance since its inception, and brings many years of experience in the field of Quality & Security.

On the Quality front she provides leadership to the QA/QC teams for both Renaissance and Terra Nova Eng Corporate, including the achievement and maintenance of ISO 9001 2015 for both Canadian and US facilities.

Her responsibilities also include facility security and as well as being the Control of Goods acting Designated Official.

Leah has over 20 years of extensive experience in Supply Chain and Operations, redesigning end-to-end supply chains evaluating where supply chain resources are best deployed to maximize company revenue and improve customer delivery performance. She uses an assessment of strategic risk for the company through strategic sourcing, demand intake, supply chain management, procurement, materials management, manufacturing, logistics and customer experience.

Leah’s experience with component distribution at Future Electronics, various multinational EMS providers, such as, SMTC, BreconRidge, Sanmina, Celestica, Jabil, SigmaPoint, Varitron and OEM’s.

As the HR Manager for Renaissance, Natalie assists in strategic planning, talent acquisition & development, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, coaching & mentoring, and company culture.

Natalie is a HR professional who has worked at large organizations such as Nortel, Ernst & Young and General Dynamics, and small companies such as ITnet and SOMOS Consulting. She has experience in the high tech, defense, finance and agriculture industries, and has been responsible for strategic and operational HR planning both nationally and internationally. She has an extensive background in recruiting and talent acquisition having worked at staffing firms for several years. Natalie has a Certified Human Resources Leader designation.

Maqbool is a seasoned expert with over 28 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, and customer account management.

As the VP of Sales Operations and Quality for Renaissance, his focus is on driving growth of new business and account development, as well as creating and implementing operational processes.

Maqbool has an extensive history that includes account management (BreconRidge), senior management (CMAC and Solectron), and materials and sourcing management (CAL Corporation, EMS Satcom & SR Telecom). He also has experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SOX Compliance processes.
