Len Anderson – Chairman of the Board
A seasoned technology executive with 20+ years’ experience in operational and strategic management in the technology sector, Len is Founder and CEO of Renaissance Repair and Supply, a technology services company.
As CEO, Len works closely with the Renaissance Executive Team, and provides strong leadership to the company in all aspects of the business. He is responsible for ensuring that all parts of the organization are working together towards corporate objectives for the health and success of the business.
His career has included roles as President, CEO and Chairman at dTel Network Solutions and Renaissance Repair and Supply (including Terra Nova Engineering), Program and Operations Management at several OEM’s (Cal Corp, Dy4, Nortel), as well as Servicing OEM’s as an operations partner (Prestec Electronics). Len also has global experience in repair and re-manufacturing, having lead Nortel’s re-manufacturing services. Formal areas of study include Electronics Technology and Business Administration (Materials and Operations Management) at Algonquin College of Applied Technology.
Cesar Cesaratto – Board Member
Cesar is a professional electronics engineer and graduate of McGill University (B Eng 1970). An international business executive with more than 40 years’ experience in the telecom industry beginning at Bell Northern Research (BNR) where he worked for approximately 20 years in product/system development in various management positions. He later held a number of executive positions with Nortel Networks, including Chief Operating Officer of the Nortel-Matra joint venture in France, President of Enterprise Solutions, Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) and President of Wireless Solutions, EMEA. He retired from Nortel in 2001.
He is a member of the Purple Angel, an Ottawa group of ex-telecom executives interested in building new technology companies. He has served on the Board of 6 private companies and 4 public companies.
Cyril McKelvie – Board Member
Cyril is CEO of AOC, Jabil’s optical business unit, where he is responsible for all aspects of the AOC offering of sales, R&D and manufacturing execution. Mr. McKelvie is a well-seasoned executive with over 25 years of senior management experience in research and development, new product development and operations. Prior to his position at AOC, Mr. McKelvie was a consultant with Marlin Equity and was the lead on the restructuring of the operations and supply chain functions at Marlin’s acquisition of Coriant Networks. Prior to his position at Marlin, Mr. McKelvie was President and CEO of Marport Technologies, a world leader in sonar equipment for the commercial fishing industry.
Previous executive positions include Executive Vice President of Sanmina’s optical microelectronic business- a leading global electronics manufacturer and prior to that President, CEO and a Founder of BreconRidge one of Canada’s largest contract manufacturer. Other prior positions include the General Manager role at GSI Lumonics Optics, VP of Operations of JDSU and various senior management positions at NewBridge Networks.
A native of Nova Scotia, Mr. McKelvie has a B. Sc in Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia.
George Angus – Board Member
George Angus is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Ross Video Ltd and is responsible for all aspects of financial and administrative management of the company.
George has previously held senior management, board and financial roles at multiple organizations including; President & VP Finance of Fisher Scientific Canada (a Fortune 200 Company), as Chief Operating Officer at Sustainable Development Technology Canada, a Cleantech financing agency, Director of Global Finance at Nortel Networks ( Magellan Networks) and as Finance Director of Optical Transport at Bell Northern Research.
George is a graduate of Carleton University, Hons. Bachelor of Commerce and is a CPA CA.
George lives in Ottawa, Ontario and Mont Tremblant, Quebec
